All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD) and paid via PayPal invoice provided by LiiSparty. Payment should be made upon finalization and agreement of the commission details by both parties.

The full balance must be paid after the planning/sketch phase has been approved by the commissioner and approved to be finalized. When payments are verified, LiiSparty will send the commissioned item(s).

In the event that an order needs to be canceled after work has been started (including consultation of ideas) a 50% refund will be granted. If an order is canceled before the initial consultation, a full refund may be granted.

•  Please submit any and all visual references, general descriptions, and ideas for the consultation. This will help streamline the overall process and minimize confusion. LiiSparty does not know and cannot read your mind sadly.

•  Baseline prices are subject to change over time, commissions adhere to the pricing and guidelines in the time they were submitted and paid for using the methods above.

•  LiiSparty reserves the right to decline a commission that violates Twitch ToS, is beyond LiiSparty’s abilities, or time commitment problems.

•  Commissions queue is on a first paid, first served basis. Paid work for giveaways (commissioning LiiSparty to work on an agreed work for a winner) may be put on a waitlist until details are sorted. Subject to time delays.

When presented with sketches and concepts please take the time to review and comment on any changes you see need to be made. Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors) at no additional cost. Major revisions are subject to additional charges based on the nature of the work.

Upon verification of commission and payment, LiiSparty will provide a tentative timeline. When your commission is next on the queue, you will be updated thoroughly, if there are time delays or conflicts, these will be expressed. Life happens ya know.

By commissioning LiiSparty, you are purchasing his artist labor, time, and a digital copy of your commissioned work. LiiSparty retains the rights to display all commissioned work, including preliminary materials and final are for portfolio and promotional materials. LiiSparty reserves the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for commercial and personal works. No works by LiiSparty may be used in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

All commissions are for personal use and have limited commercial use. Terms of Limited Commercial Use: You may profit from LiiSparty’s work through merchandise and products for your brand/business*.
